CS2 Practice Config Generator
Tick what you need for practice and get a console line plus a practice.cfg file you start with a single command.
How we calculate
Practice commands only work with sv_cheats 1, i.e. in a game with bots or on your own server; they are blocked in competitive play. So the config always starts with sv_cheats 1 and ends by ending warmup and restarting the round, so the new time and money settings apply immediately.
sv_infinite_ammo 1 gives a never-ending magazine with no reloads, which is handy for studying recoil. sv_infinite_ammo 2 gives infinite reserve ammo, but you still reload as in a real fight. The grenade preview shows in a separate window where the nade will land, and sv_rethrow_last_grenade repeats your last throw.
The 60-minute round, 60,000 money and 5 grenades are not the game’s defaults but what practice configs usually use. Save the block as practice.cfg in the game’s cfg folder and run it with exec practice.

Questions and answers
Can these commands get me banned?
No: they only work with sv_cheats 1, i.e. in a local game or on your own server, and competitive matches simply will not accept them. They are the game’s built-in practice tools.
Where do I put practice.cfg?
In the game’s cfg folder, next to autoexec.cfg. Then typing exec practice in the console is enough. Or paste the console line directly — same effect, but only until the map restarts.
Which sv_infinite_ammo value should I use?
For studying recoil, 1 is handier: the magazine never runs out and reloads don’t get in the way. For practice closer to real games, 2 is better: ammo is endless, but magazines and reloads are real.
How do I practice grenades?
Turn on the trajectory preview and bind rethrow-last-grenade to a key: throw, see where the nade landed, and repeat from the same spot. Noclip helps you fly between positions quickly.
