Dota 2 Roshan, Aegis and Rune Timer
Work out the Roshan window and Aegis expiry in one click, or start a live stopwatch synced to the match clock and watch the upcoming events roll in.
How we calculate
Every number comes from the current patch, 7.41f (released 2026-09-15): Aegis lasts 300s (240s in Turbo), Roshan respawns 8-11 minutes after death (4-5.5 minutes in Turbo), Tormentor first spawns at 20:00 (10:00 in Turbo) and then 10 minutes (5 minutes in Turbo) after its OWN death — not Roshan’s — so the calculator honestly reports "unknown" once game time has passed the first spawn.
The live stopwatch tracks Power Runes (first at 6:00, then every 2 minutes), Water Runes (exactly twice, at 2:00 and 4:00), Shrine of Wisdom (which replaced the Wisdom Rune — first active at 7:00, then every 7 minutes, 3.5 minutes in Turbo), Lotus Pool (every 3 minutes, 1.5 minutes in Turbo) and Madstone cap thresholds (which replaced the old randomized tiered item drops). Bounty Runes and Power/Water Rune Turbo scaling are NOT shown — no source states the exact first Bounty Rune spawn time or whether rune intervals change in Turbo.

Questions and answers
Why is Bounty Rune not in the schedule?
Because no source states the exact second the first Bounty Rune pair spawns — only that it appears in the same spot as the first Power Rune. Showing a made-up time would present a guess as a fact, so we removed it and kept the 240s repeat interval as a reference fact instead.
Why do Power Rune and Water Rune disappear in Turbo mode?
Because the official Turbo Mode changelog never mentions scaling these rune intervals — unlike Aegis, Roshan, Lotus Pool or Madstone, whose Turbo numbers are explicitly documented.
What is Shrine of Wisdom?
A structure that replaced the Wisdom Rune item: experience is now granted by a building on a fixed clock schedule instead of a random rune. First active at 7:00, then every 7 minutes (3.5 minutes in Turbo).
What is Madstone, and where did the old neutral item tiers go?
The old randomized tiered item drop system was removed. In its place is the Madstone resource, with a cap table by game time, used to craft items.
Does the stopwatch account for a faster clock in Turbo?
No — the official Turbo Mode description never says the match clock itself runs faster than real time: individual timers (Aegis, Roshan, Lotus Pool, etc.) are shortened instead. So the stopwatch ticks at 1 real second = 1 match second in both modes.
