The median is 169 UAH and How to Fish is 159 UAH — a 10 UAH difference. So the game is cheaper than roughly 55% of paid fishing games and pricier than the other 45%. That is neither undercutting nor a premium ask; it is the middle of the market.
The mean (221 UAH) sits well above the median (169 UAH), the classic sign of a small tail of expensive titles pulling the average up:

Look at the third column. Four of the five priciest games have under 750 reviews, and the most expensive has 19. In this catalogue a high price does not track popularity; Disney Dreamlight Valley is the sole exception.
The bottom end goes very low
The cheapest paid entries cost 13.00 UAH (two games, including Fisherman Classic), then Fishing Adventure VR at 15, Salt and Sails at 16 and Aquarist VR at 20. All of them have fewer than 30 reviews. The cheap end of this catalogue is mostly very small releases, not budget versions of big games.
