Each of those properties is tied to its own way of earning. The office is a trading base — freight operations are launched from there. The bunker covers production and access to a separate research branch. The counterfeiting factory works on a passive production model: it accumulates stock that then has to be transported and sold.

One detail worth stating honestly: owning a building is not the same as having an income. Every property also has to be run — upkeep paid, supplies bought, goods delivered. How the contents are valued

Here Rockstar gives a concrete figure and it appears in the official description. Buying each item of the pack separately inside GTA Online would push the total value of the contents past GTA$10,000,000. That is an in-game valuation, not a real-money sum — the two should not be confused.

Listed separately, the pack also credits a GTA$1,000,000 in-game currency bonus. That is not a notional value but actual money in the character’s account, spendable straight away — on the upkeep of those same properties during the first days, for instance.

The difference between the two figures matters. More than GTA$10,000,000 is a valuation of what you receive as property; GTA$1,000,000 is cash. The first cannot be sold back at full price; the second is spent however you like.
