GTA 5 Enhanced Steam Achievements: Part 4
Contents
These are the GTA 5 Enhanced achievements from the “middle zone” — unlocked by between 7.1% and 4.6% of owners, noticeably rarer than story achievements but still short of the rarest trophies. Below is exactly what each one requires according to the official Steam description, and how to read the percentage next to it.
Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced has 77 Steam achievements in total. The game is published by Rockstar Games. This part of the guide isn’t about the top or the bottom of the list — it’s about the middle, where achievements already require deliberate intent rather than just playing through the story.
Where to check your own progress on Steam
Personal progress and overall stats live in two different places, and it’s easy to mix them up.
- Your own achievements are in the game’s page in your Steam library — there’s a dedicated achievements section showing what’s already unlocked and what isn’t.
- The same achievements on your profile are available through your Steam profile page: the games section, then the specific game.
- The overall percentage across all players lives on a separate Steam stats page for the game. That’s where every figure in this article comes from: Valve shows the share of the game’s owners who have unlocked each achievement.
Worth noting: the percentage on the stats page isn’t “your progress” — it’s a snapshot across the entire owner base. Your own achievements tab doesn’t display this figure.
What the percentage actually means
A low percentage doesn’t automatically mean “difficult.” It means “few people have done this.” The reasons vary: the condition might require a mode most players never enter; it might require many repetitions; or it might simply never come up during a normal playthrough.
So read the figure as a measure of rarity, not difficulty. If an achievement sits at 4.6%, that tells you exactly one thing: the vast majority of owners don’t have it.
One more limitation worth accepting upfront: Steam gives you only the wording of the condition. Where to do it, how long it takes, in what order — the official description doesn’t explain any of that. Where a condition isn’t self-evident, we say so rather than filling in guesses.
Money and side activities in single-player
This is the largest group in this selection — everything you do outside the main story.
| Achievement | % of players | What the official description requires |
|---|---|---|
| A Lot of Cheddar | 7.0% | Spend a combined total of $200 million across all three characters |
| Red Mist | 6.6% | Complete all Rampages |
| All’s Fare in Love and War | 5.2% | Purchase Downtown Cab Co. and complete a private fare |
| Wanted: Alive or Alive | 5.1% | Deliver a bail bond target alive |
| Multi-Disciplined | 4.9% | Get a gold medal in all available hobbies and pastimes |
A Lot of Cheddar is about total spending, not your bank balance. The description specifically refers to money spent, tallied together across all three characters. Rockstar’s wording doesn’t explain a faster way to reach that sum.
Red Mist requires completing all Rampages. How many there are and where to find them isn’t specified in the official description, so we won’t be giving you a number either.
All’s Fare in Love and War has two parts: first buy Downtown Cab Co., then complete a private fare. That’s the order given in the description.
Wanted: Alive or Alive — the key word is “alive.” The description explicitly requires delivering the target alive, not by any method.
Multi-Disciplined is the rarest in this group after Majestic. The condition is broad: a gold medal in all available hobbies and pastimes. Steam doesn’t list which activities count towards this.
Director Mode and Rockstar Editor
A separate block, and it’s here that you see just how few people use the game’s creative tools.
| Achievement | % of players | What the official description requires |
|---|---|---|
| Method Actor | 7.1% | Enter Director Mode as any of your own characters from GTA Online |
| First Time Director | 7.0% | Enter Director Mode for the first time as an unlocked actor |
| Vinewood Visionary | 5.6% | Create and export a video in Rockstar Editor or enter Director Mode 5 times |
| Majestic | 4.6% | Create and export 10 videos in Rockstar Editor or enter Director Mode 10 times |
Note the word “or” in the last two: the description offers two separate routes to the same condition. Editing video isn’t compulsory — the right number of Director Mode sessions is enough on its own.
Method Actor stands out because it’s tied to a GTA Online character, even though the achievement itself is about Director Mode. If you’ve never created an online character, the condition simply can’t be met. If you haven’t gone online yet, start with our guide on getting started in GTA Online.
Majestic is the rarest achievement in this selection at 4.6%. The logic is straightforward: it requires ten times as many repetitions as Vinewood Visionary, which already sits at 5.6%.
Multiplayer: GTA Online
Only two achievements here, and both are explicitly marked as online in the description.
| Achievement | % of players | What the official description requires |
|---|---|---|
| Backseat Driver | 5.2% | Guide a driver to first place while acting as navigator in Rally Mode |
| Enjoy Your Stay | 5.2% | Take part in everything Los Santos has to offer |
Backseat Driver can’t be completed solo: according to the description, you take on the navigator role, and the driver is the one who wins. That means you need a second person.
Enjoy Your Stay has the vaguest wording on the whole list. The description refers to taking part in everything the city has to offer, without listing what that “everything” actually includes. Steam gives only the condition here, with no breakdown, and we’re not going to invent one.
What we’re not claiming
- We don’t state the number of Rampages, hobbies, or activities. The official descriptions don’t contain these figures, and inventing them would be worse than saying nothing.
- We don’t give step-by-step routes. No coordinates, no mission names, no order of operations — none of that is in the source.
- We don’t estimate time. How many hours it takes to spend $200 million or to earn all the gold medals — Rockstar hasn’t published that.
- We don’t claim the percentages are fixed. This is a live snapshot across the game’s owners, and it changes.
- We don’t explain why these particular percentages are what they are. There’s no explanation from the developer, and we don’t pass off guesses as fact.
How this fits with the rest of the series
If you need the full picture rather than just the middle range, see the overview of GTA 5 Steam achievements, along with separate lists of the rarest and most common achievements. The previous block in this series is part 3.
In short
This part of the list covers achievements with unlock rates between 7.1% and 4.6%: money and side activities in single-player, the creative tools of Director Mode and Rockstar Editor, and two online conditions. Steam gives only the wording of each condition, so anything beyond that wording is deliberately left out here.
Frequently asked questions
How many achievements does GTA 5 Enhanced have in total?
77 Steam achievements. This selection covers only part of them — the ones whose unlock percentage places them between the rarest and the most common.
Where can I see which achievements I already have?
The game's page in your Steam library has an achievements section showing your personal progress. A separate Steam stats page shows the overall percentage across all owners of the game.
What does the percentage next to an achievement mean?
It's the share of the game's owners who have unlocked it, according to Valve's data. A lower percentage means the achievement is rarer, but that isn't always the same as harder.
Does Steam explain exactly how to complete an achievement's condition?
No. Steam shows only the name and the developer's official wording of the condition. There are no step-by-step instructions, coordinates, or mission names, and we don't invent them.
Why are the Director Mode achievements so rare?
Rockstar hasn't given a reason. All that's known is that their unlock percentage is lower than for the core story achievements.
Can you get Backseat Driver in single-player?
No. According to the official description, this is a GTA Online achievement — it requires the navigator role in Rally Mode.
