GTA+: Free Grotti Itali RSX — Official Newswire Post
Contents
Rockstar has opened up free claiming of the Grotti Itali RSX sports car to GTA+ subscribers — an official statement published on Newswire on 2026-11-06 under the title “GTA+ Members Can Now Claim a Free Grotti Itali RSX”.
Below is exactly what Rockstar said, without any additions from leaks or predictions.
What’s in the post
Rockstar frames the giveaway as a way to get ready for the holiday rush that’s already approaching: GTA+ subscribers can claim the Grotti Itali RSX sports car for free at The Vinewood Car Club showroom. Alongside the car, the company mentions three more things — new Chameleon Paints, a new décor item for your mansion, and, in its own words, “and more”.
The key point in this paragraph is two words: “free” and “for GTA+ subscribers”. The car isn’t sold for in-game currency and isn’t handed out to every player — the only condition is an active subscription.
Where to claim it
Rockstar named the location specifically — The Vinewood Car Club showroom. This isn’t something delivered to your phone or bought from the website store: you need to go to the showroom to pick up the car.
There’s no step-by-step instructions in the part of the post we can verify mechanically, and we won’t invent one. If Rockstar specified a deadline, conditions, or extra steps, they’re on the post’s own page — that’s where to look for the details.
Why this is a GTA Online story, not a GTA 6 one
In the Newswire feed, the post carries the official “GTA Online” tag. That’s a label from Rockstar itself, not our classification — so there’s no basis for tying this giveaway to GTA 6 or to any announcements around the new instalment.
Paint jobs, mansion décor, and a free car are the usual shape of GTA Online content, where updates arrive in batches and are often tied to the season. The Grotti Itali RSX fits squarely into that pattern.
What this means if you play online
A free car doesn’t generate income by itself — it gives you transport and a base for customisation. So the practical value of this giveaway depends on what you actually do in GTA Online:
- You collect and upgrade cars. It makes sense to run the giveaway sports car through upgrades afterwards — see how that works in the guide to Hao’s Special Works.
- You earn money through vehicles. A business built specifically around cars is the Salvage Yard; the free car can’t be sold into it, but a car in your garage is still a car in your garage.
- You want serious cash for customisation. The best-known way is the Diamond Casino Heist.
Does this signal anything about future updates
No. The post is about the current giveaway and current items — Rockstar made no statements here about plans, upcoming updates, or dates. Anything circulating around this news as “insider info” about future content has nothing to do with the official post.
The full text of the statement, including every item and condition, is on the post’s page on Newswire. If you’re interested in how GTA Online and additional content around the fifth instalment have developed so far, there’s a separate breakdown of GTA 5’s additional content.
