This pair has the most specific description of the whole list, because both conditions name an exact amount.

• Give to the Poor (43.0%) — put $250 into the gang’s donation box.
• Take From the Rich (34.7%) — steal or collect $250 in loot.

What the description doesn’t say: whether these amounts accumulate across your whole playthrough, whether there are limits tied to particular chapters, or whether anything else affects them. Steam gives you the condition, not the mechanics behind it.

Breakout — the one explicitly online achievement

The description directly flags this as Red Dead Online and requires completing the introduction.

The figure here is 32.6%. So roughly a third of the game’s owners have at least looked into the online mode and made it through the intro sequence. What exactly that intro covers, how long it takes, and what you need to do — the official description doesn’t say.

Names with no description

Five of the achievements on this list show only a name and a percentage on Steam, with no condition text at all:

The temptation here is obvious: the names sound like you could guess the content from them. We’re not going to do that. “Washed Ashore” could be about almost anything, and any “it’s probably about…” from us would be a guess dressed up as a fact, not reference material.

How to read the percentage

The percentage on the stats page isn’t a difficulty rating or a quality score. It’s simply the share of the game’s owners who have that badge unlocked. Three practical takeaways:

1. A very high percentage (like Just a Scratch at 85.4%) almost always means the condition triggers naturally during normal play. There’s no need to chase it deliberately.
2. The middle of the list covers things that not everyone does. Trusty Steed at 50.8% and To Greener Pastures at 41.5% sit right there.
3. The lower end (Washed Ashore at 27.6%) just means fewer people have got there. The reason could be anything — difficulty, a long path to reach it, or reluctance to touch online mode. The percentage itself doesn’t tell you why.

One more thing: the denominator is every owner of the game, including people who bought it and never launched it. So not being among that 85.4% doesn’t mean you’ve missed something — you may simply not have got there yet.
